Registration policy:Attendance at AIM is limited to executives who own and operate multifamily communities – and our sponsors. It is not open to the general public or to non-sponsoring vendors. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any registration of any non-qualifying person. We are not responsible for the travel costs, deposits, non-refundable fees associated with the travel of a non-qualifying registrant whose registration is canceled. |

| Cancellation policy: We will happily honor all registration refund requests received prior to Friday March 30, 2012, subject to a $40 cancellation fee. Registrations may be transferred between qualified registrants at the same or another company until Friday April 20, 2012. No refunds will be issued after March 30, 2012. |
