About AIM
Apartment Internet Marketing (AIM) is the source for information and education on Internet marketing and online technology for multifamily industry.
As the first ever conference devoted entirely to Internet marketing, AIM helped to pave the way to a broader adaptation of online technology by the multifamily industry. Founded by Realty DataTrust in 2005 as a broad-based user conference, AIM became an underground sensation as the industry’s best source for marketing ideas from within and outside the multifamily industry.
AIM was sold by Realty DataTrust to Joshua Tree Internet Media in 2007 but remains the premier destination for education on all aspects of the online renter experience, including end-to-end online leasing, lead management, revenue management, payments, marketing and more. AIM features the best industry speakers as well as experts from outside multifamily, all in a packed two and a half day format.
AIM is sponsored by the leading marketing and technology firms in the multifamily industry.
AIM is owned and operated by Joshua Tree Internet Media, LLC. led by multifamily strategy consultant Steve Lefkovits.
