Marketing Director Job – Southeast US – $75,000 – $100,000
* Proven track record of driving up economic occupancy levels.
* 5 to 10 years Multi family marketing / leasing experience.
* College degree preferred
* Local to Southeast Florida preferred
* Results oriented self starter and producer
* Bi-lingual is a plus
* Understands statistically-driven marketing and can make rapid real time decisions
